ABOUT ME:
I’m a former teacher turned registered dietitian, passionate about helping you feel confident, grounded, and empowered with nutrition.
I know firsthand the exhaustion of restrictive dieting, counting every calorie, and chasing an unattainable ideal. I’ve felt the fatigue, the hit to my immune health, and the relentless discomfort in my own skin, even at my thinnest.
It takes time and practice to move away from those patterns, trust your body again, and fuel it in a way that supports your strength, health, and confidence. But I can tell you—it’s absolutely worth it.
