Program: Feed Your Focus
Provider: Maria Terry Nutrition and Wellness, LLC, New Orleans, Louisiana

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Maria Terry Nutrition and Wellness, LLC. By registering for or participating in Feed Your Focus you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Program overview

Feed Your Focus is a seven week virtual nutrition coaching experience for up to twelve participants. Live sessions are led by registered dietitian Sarah Skobeloff, MS, RD, LDN. This program is educational and is designed to provide general nutrition information nuanced for individuals with ADHD. It is not medical care and it is not a substitute for individualized nutrition counseling.

Schedule

  • Start date and time: Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. Central Time
  • Session length: 75 minutes
  • Cadence: one live session per week for seven consecutive weeks
  • Planned live session dates: September 30, October 7, October 14, October 21, October 28, November 4, and November 11, 2025. 
  • Included bonus registration: Community Nutrition Class two part series on October 7 and October 14, 2025

Program components

Participation includes access to:
• Live weekly coaching sessions
• Session recordings
• Nutrition education materials nuanced for ADHD
• A private online community space for connecting, chatting, and sharing experiences
• Access to two registered dietitians for questions during the program window
• A dopamine gift box mailed to the participant address on file

  1. Access to materials and recordings
  • Sessions are live and recorded. Recordings will be posted within 24 hours of the live session in the corresponding weekly module.
  • All course content will remain available to registered participants for six months from the start date. For this cohort that access period runs from September 30, 2025 through March 30, 2026. After that time the course will be archived and access will end.
  •  Materials and recordings are for individual use only and may not be copied, shared, screen recorded, reposted, or otherwise distributed without prior written permission from Maria Terry Nutrition and Wellness, LLC.
  1. Consent to recording and privacy
  • By joining live sessions you understand that audio, video, and chat may be captured in the recording. If you prefer not to appear you may keep your camera off and use a screen name that does not identify you.
  • Recordings are provided for the personal use of registrants in this cohort only during the access window described above. Recordings will not be used for marketing or made publicly available without your separate written consent.
  • While we ask all participants to maintain confidentiality, we cannot guarantee the actions of other participants. Share only what you are comfortable sharing in a group setting.
  1. Community standards and participant conduct

Feed Your Focus is a nondiet, weight neutral space. By enrolling you agree to uphold the following standards:
• Be respectful, curious, and kind in all interactions.
• Do not promote dieting, restrictive eating, or harmful weight focused messaging.
• This community affirms that Black lives matter and trans lives matter and that all people deserve the ability to express themselves fully without fear.
• Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory language or behavior will not be tolerated.
• We may remove any participant who violates these standards. Removal for cause does not entitle the participant to a refund.

  1. Confidentiality
  • Due to the personal nature of group discussions, all members are expected to keep confidential the stories and experiences shared by others.
  • This program is not a HIPAA covered service. Although we value your privacy and take reasonable steps to protect community spaces, we cannot guarantee confidentiality of information you choose to disclose to other participants.
  1. Educational nature and medical disclaimer
  • Feed Your Focus provides general education only. It does not establish a provider patient relationship. It is not telehealth. It is not one to one nutrition counseling.
    • Maria Sylvester Terry and Sarah Skobeloff are registered dietitians. They are not medical doctors and they do not diagnose ADHD or any other condition through this program.
    • Always consult your physician or qualified health provider about any questions you have regarding a medical condition, medication, allergies, or before making significant changes to your diet or supplements.
  1. Eligibility
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old and able to consent to these Terms and Conditions.
    • Enrollment is limited to approximately twelve participants. We reserve the right to decline or cancel registration if capacity is reached or if a participant is not a good fit for a group environment.
  1. Payments, refunds, and cancellations
  • Payment is due at the time of registration unless a payment plan is offered. If a payment plan is offered, you agree to keep a valid payment method on file and to complete all installments on time.
  • Refund policy: A full refund is available up until Monday, September 29, 2025 if the participant emails a request to [email protected].
  • There are no refunds after the program begins on September 30, 2025.
  • Registrations are not transferable without prior written consent from Maria Terry Nutrition and Wellness, LLC.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the program for reasons such as low enrollment or instructor illness. If the program is canceled before it begins you will receive a full refund.
  • In the event of an emergency or urgent personal matter, weekly sessions may be rescheduled to another date in the week or pushed back one week at the discretion of the program leaders. Alternatively, your session may be led by Maria Sylvester Terry in Sarah Skobeloff’s absence. 
  1. Shipping for the dopamine gift box
  • Participants are responsible for providing an accurate and complete mailing address at registration.
  • Shipping timelines and carrier performance may vary. We are not responsible for delays that are outside our control.
  • If your package arrives damaged please contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery so we can work with you on a solution.
  1. Intellectual property
  • All program content including but not limited to videos, slides, handouts, worksheets, community posts, and trademarks are the intellectual property of Maria Terry Nutrition and Wellness, LLC or its licensors.
  • We grant you a limited, personal, non transferable, non sublicensable license to access and use the materials for your own educational and non commercial use during the access window.
  • You may not copy, modify, translate, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the materials without prior written permission.
  1. Technology requirements
  • You are responsible for having the technology needed to participate, including a reliable internet connection and access to our video platform and course portal.
  • Technical issues on your side do not qualify for a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to support access to recordings during the access window.
  1. Communications
  • By registering you consent to receive program related emails and messages, including reminders, updates, and access links. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time, but transactional emails for this program are required for participation.
  1. Results disclaimer
  • We do not guarantee any particular results or outcomes from participation. Your progress depends on many factors including your effort, circumstances, and adherence.
  1. Limitation of liability and assumption of risk
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maria Terry Nutrition and Wellness, LLC and its owners, instructors, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your participation in the program.
  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for this cohort.
  • You understand that changes to diet or routine can involve risks. You assume full responsibility for your choices and participation and you agree to seek medical advice when appropriate.
  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maria Terry Nutrition and Wellness, LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the program or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Force majeure

We are not responsible for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, governmental action, public health emergencies, or interruptions of internet or hosting services. We may modify delivery methods or schedules as needed to continue providing the program under such circumstances.

  1. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed for clarity or legal compliance. If material changes are made during the cohort we will notify participants by email or within the course portal. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

  1. Governing law and venue

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orleans Parish, Louisiana. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
