September Community Class | Hormone Harmony

Thursday, September 4th at 6pm ET/5pm CT/3pm PT

Another post, another promise to ‘heal your hormones.’ Listen, we’re not buying it!

Instead, we’re teaching you exactly what hormonal harmony looks like in your body. Feel empowered to make shifts that serve your body and quit adding quick fixes to your cart!

Hormones help to control metabolism, blood pressure, blood sugar, reproduction, sexual function, sleep-wake cycle, your mood, and much more. When your weight is trending up, your energy levels are crashing, and you feel like you’re doing ‘everything right,’ you might be wondering: “is it my hormones?”

The desire to make impulsive decisions and revert back to diets can feel enticing when the Big Wellness is selling a cure-all supplement. We know these things can feel like the easy fix, but with hormones, you need to play the long game.

We’re here to teach you the strategies that help our clients feel calm, confident, and secure in their food and movement routine because their hormones are harmonized.

This 45-minute community class led by our dietitian, Sarah Skobeloff, is here to give you evidence-based, non-diet guidance to help you support your hormonal health for your active lifestyle.

What You'll Walk Away With:

  • Knowledge about which hormones matter and how they’re influenced by food, movement, and lifestyle
  • Realistic, flexible nutrition strategies to support hormone balance without restriction
  • Guidance on how to adjust training and recovery with your cycle or life stage
  • Next steps for evaluating your own needs, seeking professional support, and ditching one-size-fits-all plans
  • Confidence that you’re fueling adequately and can trust your food decisions

Who This Class Is For:

This class is for you if you’re looking for…

  • A non-diet, science-backed perspective on your hormones
  • An educational experience that provides straightforward strategies that you can implement at the very next meal
  • A registered dietitian who totally gets the fear of weight gain and will hold space for that concern
  • A community of folks with similar outlooks and questions who are also eager to build up their sturdy girl lifestyle
  • Permission slips to respect your hunger and fullness cues; officially break up with the diet mentality; and fully adopt a sturdy girl mentality that prioritizes nourishment and rest [your hormones need it all!]

This is your invitation to fuel your body with understanding, compassion, and confidence. Because when you support your hormones, you’re not just balancing cycles; you’re building a foundation for strength, resilience, and long-term health!
