What's it like to be in Strong + Sturdy?
More stable, more relaxed
My self-talk, self compassion, and confidence have significantly improved. Other habits wax and wane, but I feel much more stable in my practice and know that "off" times aren't that hard to "bounce back" from -- they're normal ebbs and flows, and that makes me feel much more relaxed.
Done looking for quick fixes
If I could sit Past Me down and have a chat, I would encourage her to sign up again. I'd remind her that nothing is going to magically change, and that that's okay, because we're done looking for quick fixes and complete overhauls. Instead, what we want -- and what these classes/programs can give us -- is a strong foundation on which we'll build our own vision for a "dream house" of fitness/movement/rest/food/etc. (Hi Barbie!)
Feel supported and safe
