In alignment with our values of accessible education and support, Strong + Sturdy uses a choose-your-price model.

Every tier includes the full membership experience, and you do not need to provide reasoning or documentation for your price selection. We ask that you make the financial choice that aligns with your needs and community values.

What's it like to be in Strong + Sturdy?

More stable, more relaxed

My self-talk, self compassion, and confidence have significantly improved. Other habits wax and wane, but I feel much more stable in my practice and know that "off" times aren't that hard to "bounce back" from -- they're normal ebbs and flows, and that makes me feel much more relaxed.

Done looking for quick fixes

If I could sit Past Me down and have a chat, I would encourage her to sign up again. I'd remind her that nothing is going to magically change, and that that's okay, because we're done looking for quick fixes and complete overhauls. Instead, what we want -- and what these classes/programs can give us -- is a strong foundation on which we'll build our own vision for a "dream house" of fitness/movement/rest/food/etc. (Hi Barbie!)

Feel supported and safe

The offerings are awesome and I appreciate your holistic approach. Your approachability and enthusiasm are infectious and you have created an amazing environment for everyone to feel supported and safe. And I can confidently say you would have been my favourite teacher if I had been your student!

Self-talk is gentler
