In My Honk Shoo Era 🛌

Learn how food, stress, and simple habits shape your sleep and what actually helps

Wednesday, April 8 at 5:00pm-5:45pm CT (live + recorded!)

If you want better sleep, you're not alone! This is the class for you.

Let's get you in your Honk Shoo Era. Maybe even a little mimimimi in there, too!

We won't be promoting a rigid optimization of a wellness routine, but science-supported nutrition + lifestyle supports that help your body feel settled and your days feel steady.

You might be staying up later than you want because it is the only quiet time you get [hello, revenge bedtime procrastination]. Maybe you're waking up in the middle of the night or feeling wired at night and exhausted during the day.

Unfortunately, the more you think about fixing your sleep, the more pressure it starts to carry! This class is a place to learn about sleep without stressing or feeling like it's another wellness puzzle to solve.

After this class, you'll walk away with:

  • 2 to 3 small nutrition and habit shifts you can try this week to support deeper, more consistent sleep
  • A better understanding of why you feel “wired but tired” and what can help this feeling
  • A clear, nondiet education on often overhyped topics like cortisol and sleep supplements
  • More confidence in your body instead of second guessing your food choices and nighttime routine

This class is for you if:

  • Your sleep has shifted with stress, life changes, or perimenopause
  • You are frustrated with your current evening and bedtime routine
  • You feel wired at night but exhausted during the day
  • Your hunger, energy, or cravings feel off after a bad night of sleep
  • You want sleep hygiene support without rigid routines, pressure, or expensive supplements

What we will cover:

  • The connection between sleep, nutrition, and your daily energy rhythm
  • Eating before bed: what nutrition you need to support restful sleep, including helpful snack ideas!
  • Alcohol's impact on sleep quality
  • Cortisol, stress, and the “wired but tired” feeling
  • Popular sleep supplements like melatonin, magnesium, and L-theanine: when they may help and when to be cautious

What this will feel like:

This is a focused, real life conversation that helps you understand your body and gives you a few strategies that make a difference!

You are not leaving with a perfect nighttime routine or an overwhelming, long list of rules.

You will leave with a plan that feels supportive, flexible, and doable that you can implement into your routine right after class.
