Well if you don't know, now ya know: we're dietitians that garden. 

And, you've likely noticed that THC products are everywhere right now!

Delta-9 drinks. Gummies. Tinctures. Sleep products. Recovery products. THC is having its moment, and you may be wondering how it all factors into your health goals.

While THC products, especially drinks, can serve an alternative to alcohol, there's a lot to factor in: how do they support recovery? are the munchies messing with my nutrition? does it matter which kind of products I'm using? what the heck is a terpene?

You need a clear understanding of THC, cannabinoids, and terpenes through a nutrition and health lens, and we're here to provide it. 

In this month's class, we will look at what THC is, how it interacts with the body, what we know about potential benefits and risks, and how it can influence appetite, eating patterns, sleep, and overall health.

This is not a class about convincing you to use THC or stop using THC. It is an educational experience to help you make more informed, grounded choices!

You will leave with a better understanding of how THC may interact with appetite, food choices, sleep, stress, and overall well being.

The goal is not to give you strict rules but to help you understand what is happening in the body so you can make choices with more clarity and less confusion!

This class is delivered live over Google Meet with Maria and the nutrition team.
