Make Your Own 2026 Punch Cards!
December Community Class
Thursday, December 11 at 7:00pm CT | 75 minutesÂ
We know that you're over 'New Year, New Me.' Why not try “New Year, True Me' and step into next year feeling confidently in alignment with who you are?
If you’ve ever rolled into January feeling pressured to fix yourself or set goals that don’t actually feel good, this class will be your deep exhale. We’re ditching the self-criticism and starting 2026 from a place of reflection, curiosity, and genuine joy.
Who is this for?
This session is for anyone ready to unlearn the pressure of resolution culture and set intentions that actually fit your life.
Whether you’re a goal-getter, a reflection-lover, or just someone who wants a creative way to bring meaning to the year ahead, this one’s for you.
How will this class work?
First, we’ll reflect on 2025 with compassion. How did things go? How did things feel? It was a long-ass year, wasn't it? You'll have the opportunity to look back on the year with curiosity, not judgment, and in good company. There's no need to feel bad about not having a 'productive' year.Â
Then, we'll create your very own 2026 Punch Card: a tangible, flexible tool to guide your year ahead. We'll send you a list of tools to acquire ahead of time, or you can simple use pen and paper!Â
Your card might hold 12 new fitness classes, 12 recipes, 12 adventures, or anything that lights you up. You’ll leave with your personalized card in hand (or ready to print) and a clear sense of what matters most to you.
