Everyday Athlete: Fueling Your Performance

November Community Class

Wednesday, November 12 at 4:30pm CT | 60 minutes (45 minute class, 15 minutes for Q+A)

You don’t need to be a professional athlete to fuel like one!

If you’ve ever walked into a workout under-fueled, hit that mid-afternoon slump after the gym, or wondered why recovery feels harder than it should, this class is for you.

So many active people are moving their bodies but not quite eating in a way that supports that movement, and it shows up as fatigue, soreness, and frustration.

Who is this class for?

This session is designed for everyday athletes: the folks lifting a few times a week or pursuing a running goal, taking fitness classes, and getting your steps in. Maybe you're chasing after kids. You're juggling work responsibilities, and a social life, and still showing up for your movement routine.

Whether you’re training for consistency or just want to stop bonking halfway through your workouts, you’ll learn what your body actually needs.

What will you learn?

We’ll break down evidence-based pre- and post-workout fueling strategies that help you perform better, recover faster, and feel good doing it, all without restriction or complicated tracking.

Expect to leave with simple, real-food ideas and a renewed sense of confidence in how you support your active body.
