It's a lot easier to have food available at work and able to step outside and take a break whenever. I didn't feel like a drained zombie by afternoon.

Sarah, I went to the grocery store and I do not recognize myself. I have flaxseed and frozen cauliflower for smoothies. I made my own trail mix. Did you know Synder’s makes mini mini pretzels? Two times the mini! Very excited for snacks and meals this week.

The breakfast appetizer is working well and I think it’s giving me a bit of a morning pep! Leaving the snacks in my backpack and my work drawer has been super helpful too! Thanks for the check in, you're the best!

Having the go-to food items in my head and stacking them like Legos (protein, vegetable, fat, & carb), and mixing them around has been crucial. Beforehand, It was like randomly finding Legos in couch cushions (food), or stepping on them. Snacking wasn't an exercise in critical thinking. Now, stacking is intentional, and I can take a beat about what the meal or snack is going to be.
