MY LAST PIECE OF ADVICE
I know firsthand the exhaustion of restrictive dieting, counting every calorie, and constantly chasing an unattainable ideal. I’ve felt the fatigue, the hit to my immune health, and the relentless discomfort in my own skin, even at my thinnest.
