Simple systems for consistent meals and a nourished, happy ADHD brain
For adults with ADHD who are tired of skipping meals, feeling scattered, and starting over, this is how you finally eat consistently without dreading the process.
You’re not bad at eating! You’re just stuck using strategies that weren’t built for your ADHD brain.
When meals feel overwhelming, inconsistent, or totally forgotten, it’s not a failure: it’s a mismatch.
Feed Your Focus gives you the flexible systems, real-life tools, and repeatable wins you’ve needed all along.
Yes! I want food to feel easy.Does this sound like you?
- You meant to eat lunch, but now it's 3pm, your head hurts, and you're halfway through your second cold brew wondering why you feel so off and behind again.
- You bought the groceries, maybe even prepped a few things, but now nothing sounds good. Cheese and crackers for dinner?
- You want a plan, but every time you try to start, you feel stuck and somehow end up scrolling DoorDash for 45 minutes instead.
- You keep downloading trackers or food apps, only to delete them a few days later after feeling guilty for not hitting the numbers or sticking to the plan.
- You've said, “I know what to do, I just don’t do it” more times than you can count, and you're tired of shaming yourself for things that aren't actually easy for your brain.
Feed Your Focus was built for this.
We’ve helped ADHDers just like you eat more consistently, feel calmer during the day, and stop overthinking every meal.
With simple, flexible tools that actually fit your brain, this can feel so much easier.

Is Feed Your Focus right for you?
This is for you if..
-
You’re ready to try something different, as traditional plans don’t work for your brain
-
You’re open to showing up imperfectly & practicing new skills without the pressure to get it right on the first try
-
You want to feel more grounded & consistent with food, even on chaotic days
-
You’re willing to reflect, participate, & be honest about what’s working (& what’s not!)
-
You want support that’s kind, strategic, & built for how your brain actually works
This is not for you if..
-
You want a strict meal plan, calorie tracking, or a restrictive weight loss program
-
You’re looking for quick fixes or shortcuts instead of long-term, flexible tools
-
You’re not open to practicing new strategies or hearing feedback with curiosity
-
You don’t feel ready to engage, reflect, or try things in real life yet
-
You’re seeking medical nutrition therapy or treatment for an active eating disorder
This isn't your emergency snack drawer kind of fix. This is a long-game approach!

Final Reminder of What's Possible
You’ve tried rigid plans. You’ve downloaded the apps. You’ve bought the groceries and still ended up snacking on dry cereal and vibes.
You've pivoted to intuitive eating and you can't quite grasp how to intuit your needs when your brain doesn't even tell you it's time to eat.
Not because you don’t care.
Not because you’re lazy.
Because those strategies weren’t built for your brain.
Feed Your Focus is.
This program meets you exactly where you are with flexible systems, real-time support, and kind structure that actually works with an ADHD brain.
You’ll learn how to eat more consistently, feel more energized, and stop beating yourself up for things that were never your fault in the first place.
This is your opportunity to finally feel confident about food (maybe for the first time ever) without faking it, forcing it, or burning out.
If you've been waiting for something that feels like it was made with you in mind, this is it. Join us in Feed Your Focus.
ABOUT SARAH:
Sarah Skobeloff, MS, RDN, LDN is full-time provider at Maria Terry Nutrition + Wellness specializing in ADHD nutrition and sports nutrition -- a truly sturdy squirrel girl. She provides a compassionate, creative, and non-judgmental space for her clients to express their unique challenges.
As a provider with ADHD, she empathizes with these struggles & strives to develop an environment specific to the individual needs of her clients.
From Sarah, "Hyperfocusing is one of my ADHD superpowers, but it has the downside that often leads to hanger with raccoon energy (i.e. opening and closing every cabinet 10x, overcome with decision fatigue). ADHDers struggle with the perfection mindset, but when we can plan for both the raccoon & sturdy squirrel moments, we add safeguards to keep you fueled the majority of the time."
