This 4-week group coaching program will take the stress out of food and help you fuel your workouts, recover stronger, and build a routine that actually fits your life.
Designed by our ErgoFit and Krewe Fitness nutrition team, participants can expect:

- Weekly check-ins from our dietitian to support your individual progress

In this session, you plan specific nutrition shifts that feel good for you personally.Â

WEEKÂ 2
Balancing Your Plate
Learn exactly how to fuel for strength, endurance, and daily energy without the fear-mongering and information overwhelm.
Build your knowledge of carbs, fats, proteins, & hydration and learn to balance meals that satisfy.
In this session, you leave with your own list of balanced meals and a meal plan for the week ahead.Â

WEEKÂ 3
Fueling for Your Goals + Recovering Efficiently
Optimize your pre-workout and post-workout nutrition and unlearn the common myths that hold you back.
You'll also learn which supplements support your goals and key strategies for efficient recovery so you can stay consistent in the gym.
In this session, you'll compile your top choices for pre- and post-workout fuel that you can try right away.Â

WEEKÂ 4
Life-Proofing Your Nutrition Habits
Make nutrition work for the long-term in your New Orleans life, from dinners out, festivals, busy weekends, travel, stressful seasons, and more.
Learn our top strategies for meal planning, prepping, and pivoting.Â
In this session, you'll build your own life-proof plan for flexible nutrition, so that you can stay steady and consistent even after Learn to Fuel ends!
