Your nutrition team will cover it all: nutrition, movement, metabolism, and lifestyle shifts needed to bring you to a place of calm grounding.

Whether you're new to this transition or have been managing symptoms for a while, this program offers the tools to feel empowered and in tune with your body.​

  • (8) 90-minute live groups sessions filled with powerful insights, thoughtfully designed learning experiences, and approachable strategies. Choose to attend sessions on Thursdays at 6pm CT or Mondays at 1pm CT.
  • Self-paced learning resources to deepen your understanding of session content and help you build habits that last.
  • Community connection with a small, inclusive cohort where you can share challenges, aha moments, and support in real time. You'll have a private group chat, feed for sharing wins and challenges, and access to message your dietitians.
  • Tangible resources & guides you can use right away to apply what you're learning to your day-to-day life, including your Strong Through Perimenopause Workbook.
  • Access to 3 registered dietitians to answer your questions, offer reframes, and provide clarity when you face challenges or setbacks.

*Unique to Strong Through Perimenopause, participants have the option to contribute to research and receive compensation through Maria-José's research lab, MUNCH [Multi-cultural Understandings of Nutrition, Community, and Health]. With the currently dim status of research, especially on women's health, we are excited to help our community with these data and findings!
